Return Policy


We aim to offer the best quality wigs for our customers. We considerate your satisfaction as our top priority. If you do not satisfy with the wig after you get it, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our customer service will solve it for you.

We offer the return instruction as follows:

1. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us to arrange for your return.

2. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials.

3: You will be responsible for contacting before your return. Be sure to include your order number, login account, and return reason on a piece of paper with your return.

4. All packages should be sent with a tractable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

5. We will refund your money to your account within 2-4 business days after your return has been received and confirmed. We are not responsible for lost,damaged or stolen packages.

If you want to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partial or full refund depends on the situation.

1.You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return.

2.Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

3.Please allow 2-4 working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed.

4.You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed.
